Respect is something that is so important in a business and if you do not have it amongst every single one of your employees then the business needs work and is not being looked after in the correct way. The best way to help out with this is to get someone to go around and ask employees in confidence what they think of the company and what is going wrong. In all probablity there is bound to be someone making the wrong choices about things, maybe somebody has been given a client, they certainly in no way deserve as they have only been with the company for 5 minutes.
